An artist can create art with whatever is available, that’s how incredible portraits are created. Sometimes the props an artist or photographer uses are too expensive and making it difficult to afford. We have seen drummers use buckets to make their sound, painters using makeshift brushes and sculptors using trash to make their art and incredible portraits. No matter what, artists will do what they must in order to create.
More Info: Philippe Echaroux
Photographer Philippe Echaroux challenged himself to create something incredible with just a big Mac box. He used an extremely unconventional method just a Big Mac box to create flash light in his photos and incredible portraits.
This photographer wanted to experiment using different methods for shooting portraits. But the first step was coming up with a good way for a flash light for his shoot.
He wanted to use something that’s cheap and can be easily available for anyone instead of his expensive cameras and equipment.
This photographer came up with a unique method for creating perfect light on his portraits after his trip to McDonald’s. Philippe told, “I like to challenge myself”.
Using his imagination he began to build his makeshift flash lighting rig. Philippe created an efficient lighting rig with only a McDonald’s Big Mac box, flash light, a straw, and his iPhone.
As soon as his work was done with the Big Mac box, he began his shoot. The advertising photographer and French celebrity are accustomed to using the best studio equipment and cameras in the world. Holding the makeshift Big Mac box must have been a little odd for them.
And the results were amazing, No one would believe that the pictures were taken with the help of just a big Mac box and an iPhone. Of course, the photographer also used some mobile apps like Photoshop Fix; Light room Mobile and Philippe used VSCO Cam for retouching.
