They are everywhere. Still, are unseen. We can’t see them with our naked eyes and even then they could end up being one of the most disturbing things. But what are they? They are bacterias. We carry millions of bacterias inside our body, and without them, we may die. But while the inside ones care for us ( really?), the ones present in the outside world, does not. There are so many unnoticed things around us, that have a high content of bacteria. Still, we unknowingly put our hands on these, and while you believe it or not, but they are certainly the dirtiest things you touch every day.
1. Vending Machine
Every single person uses the same food finger to touch the vending machine’s button. This is similar to welcoming the bacteria straight into your stomach.
A research stated that the ATMs have a high number of bacillus and pseudomonads. These two bacterias are found in public toilets and are infamous for causing diarrhoea and sickness altogether. So, take extreme care while using the ATMs next time.
3. Door Knob
You might think washing your hands after you’re done in the washroom, is enough. But wait, is it? A study clearly explains that door knobs have a ton of bacterias just prowling around. However, modern knobs are blessed with an anti-bacteria design. Still, there is a tiny-miny-easy-peasy chance that a layer of bacteria might grow.
4. Remote Control
Beware if you like taking control of the remote. Every other key is blessed by bacterias, ready to be sucked by your fingers. And once they do, your oesophagus is the destination!
5. Light Switch
Like any other thing mentioned here, light switches too, find it difficult to be entitled as “clean”. Since they are used in a consistent manner by every other individual, they are highly likely to be dirtier.
6. Cell Phone
This. Yes, this. The one you’re holding. It is one of the dirtiest things. Way dirtier than the toilet seat. And no, this isn’t a made up stuff. A number of researchers have proved this.
Having a lot of money makes you happy, but at the same time, it does makes you prone to the frequent bacteria attacks. The note you’re holding on your hand, you don’t know who, how, when, and in what conditions this was being held before. Right?
8. Escalator Rails
A huge number of bacteria reside upon the rails of the escalators. Avoid using them, unless you are squished hard and are unable to balance yourself.
Almost all the bacterias present either on the ATM machines, cell phones, or knobs, a source from a human mouth. Being a home to 700 different species of bacteria, with almost a million bacterias per square inch, there is no doubt why it is among some of the dirtiest things. But as stated, not all of them are bad. A number of them good enough to team up with our body to maintain and execute certain functions.
10. Toilet Seat
Well, of course. You need an explanation for this as well? Oh c’mon.
